Hunter's Smokehouse Italiano Rub is great as a rub for roast chicken, lamb or even on vegetables, sprinkled over pizza, and can be used to make a marinade for almost any meat by adding some olive oil. 

Best used as a sprinkle. Add generously to pasta dishes, lasagne, and pizzas or generously in a tossed salad with oil and lemon. It also makes a delicious dipping oil when combined with good quality olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

At Hunter's Smokehouse, we DO NOT ADD any of the following to our Spice Rubs:

Ideal storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place. Some Spice Rubs may retain moisture and become clumpy over time (just give it a good shake in the glass jar or container) - this is normal as our Spice Rubs are 100% natural. This does not affect the quality of the product.
